Pawprints Reward Club

What is the Pawprints Reward Club?

It is our six part customer loyalty program consisting of Frequent Buyer, Pawprints, Loyal Friends, Squeaky Clean, Military Appreciation, and Caregiver.  It's free to participate and easy to join.  Ask any team member in-store for a registration card or create a customer account online.  You can start earning benefits on your very first purchase!
 

What is Frequent Buyer?

This program aspect covers all dry food, frozen raw food, and litter.  Buy 12 bags or boxes (same brand and variety) and receive the 13th product free or at a reduced cost.  If all purchases are the same size and value your reward bag will be free.  If you mix flavors (and price levels) your reward bag will be discounted by the cost of the least expensive product purchased within each 12 bag series. Qualifying purchases must be made within a 24 month period.
 

What are Pawprints?

Every dollar you spend (online or in-store) on canned food and non-food merchandise becomes a Pawprint.  Earn 500 Pawprints to receive a 15% discount on a single in-store visit. Our computer system keeps track of your Pawprint balance and automatically alerts your cashier when your reward discount is available.  Only specific merchandise will earn Pawprints (food and litter purchases that qualify under the Frequent Buyer program do not earn Pawprints). Services (grooming, training, massages, etc.) do not earn Pawprints and are ineligible for Rewards Club discounts.  Reward discount is available the day after the qualifying purchase is made and must be redeemed within 90 days or they expire.  Qualifying merchandise returns will reduce your Pawprint balance.  Reward Club discounts can only be redeemed during in-store visits.
 

What is a Loyal Friend discount?

To recognize our most loyal friends, the Pawprints Reward Club registers every purchase.  At the end of each quarter we report the top 20 customers from the previous 90 days and provide them with an aditional "Thank You!" discount on all merchandise purchases for the next 90 days.  Our top 10 customers are nicknamed "The Big Dogs" and receive a 10% discount* for 90 days.  Our next 10 customers are nicknamed "The Cool Cats" and receive an 8% discount* for 90 days.  Please note that discounts apply to in-store purchases only.
* Discounts are on merchandise only (no services) and are temporary in nature.  They will be removed after 90 days unless re-earned the following quarter.  These discounts will temporarily replace any existing customer discount and cannot be combined.
 

What is the Squeaky Clean Club?

Use our self-service bathing facilities seven times and the 8th bath is on us!
 

What is Military Appreciation?

All active duty military personnel and their families are eligible for a 5% discount off all merchandise purchases.  A current and valid active duty military ID card is required to participate.  Please note that discounts apply to in-store purchases only.
 

Who qualifies as a Caregiver?

All local animal caregivers (veterinarians, veterinary technicians and associated staff) are eligible for a 5% discount off all merchandise purchases.  Proof of employment with a local veterinary office is required to participate.  Please note that discounts apply to in-store purchases only.
 

Can I earn or redeem rewards when I purchase online?

All online purchases will qualify for our Pawprints Reward Club but only if made using a valid online customer account.  Any purchases made under the "Guest" account are ineligible.  At this time, no customer level discounts (Military, Caregiver, Pawprint Reward and Loyal Friends) can be applied or redeemed online, they can only be redeemed during in-store visits.  If you purchase your "reward" bag (lucky #13) online, your method of payment will be refunded once your reward is verified by our in-store computer systems.

Who is eligible?

Our Pawprints Reward Club is open to any Naturally 4 Paws customer who elects to register for the program.  If you create an online account at shop.naturally4paws.com in-store customers will be matched with their existing account and new customers will be automatically enrolled.  To meet product manufacturer eligibility requirements we will collect personal information including name, address, phone number, and email address.  We will never sell or disclose personal customer information to any unrelated third party (product manufacturers will receive your personal information only with related coupon or frequent buyer redemption requirements).
 

General Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend or modify the Pawprints Reward Club program at any time and in any way (including our right to discontinue benefits and expire Pawprints if eligibility criteria are not met, to change the benefits or adjust the number of Pawprints earned for each dollar in purchases).  The Pawprint Rewards Club is only valid on merchandise purchases, services (grooming, massage therapy, and training) are not included in the accumulation or the redemption of rewards.  The Pawprints Reward discount of 15% off is only valid for 90 days, and cannot be extended past it's original expiration date.  Naturally 4 Paws reserves the right to cancel your participation in the Pawprints Reward Club program in the event of fraud, abuse of reward privileges, or violation of terms and conditions.
