Return Policy

All pet diets and supplements are covered under a money-back guarantee.  We will refund the full purchase price if you or your pet are not completely satsified with your purchase within 30 days.  Returns must be accompanied by a receipt, in original packaging, and prior to any product expiration date.  Store credit for the current price may be issued for any return without a receipt, or after 30 days, subject to management approval.  However, we cannot waive the requirement for original packaging and UPC barcode.


All other items must be in new and unused condition with original unopened packaging.  Lupine products may be exchanged in store as part of the manufacturers "Chew guarantee" with accompanying proof of purchase.  Tuffys (VIP Pet Products) offers a chew guarantee on many of their products, but each return must be completed with 7 days (no exceptions) along with proof of purchase date.  All other "chew" toy guarantees are redeemed by contacting the respective toy manufacturer.

Refunds will be provided in the same manner as original payment.  The value of each refund will be deducted from your current Pawprints balance.  Customers paying by check are required to wait 10 business days for a refund.  Returns or exchanges for online purchases must be completed in-store.

 

*Please note that we are not accepting any returns or exchanges while our brick and mortar stores are closed to the public.  Returns will be accepted for up to 90 days once our stores are re-opened to the general public when Phase 2 of our state's four phase recovery program begins.
